DAY 01 Stuttgart
A warm welcome awaits you this morning at Stuttgart Airport with a transfer to your hotel. - Upon check-in and freshen up the afternoon tour of Stuttgart with its parks and gardens starts with a visit at the famous Daimler-Benz Automobile Museum. See its display of about 100 early models from 1886 up to the latest automobile. - Nearby, visit also the Porsche Museum which contains a various number of different Porsche Cars and see trophies which bear witness to its former triumphs. - You will see Stuttgart's Collegiate Church with its 15th century belfry-porch, the old Town Center and large Castle Square with its Koenigsstrasse as a car-free pedestrian zone and shopping area, as well as its worth seeing Train Station. -Following a break, on to Stuttgart's landmark Television Tower, going up by elevator to almost 450 feet and join here your Tour Director for a welcome cocktail. Enjoy from the upper platform now an unforgettable view, over-looking the city, the River Neckar and the vineyards on its slopes. - Later, return from here to your hotel for overnight (4 nights-stay at Hotel Novotel).  
DAY 02 Excursion: Neckar - Heidelberg - Baden-Baden
Today's excursion starts with a drive to Weinsberg and its castle ruins amid the lovely Neckar region where in the 12th century the woman here were told by the enemy outside to leave the castle untouched but only with what they could carry. So all women came out carrying their husbands on their backs. From the observation tower on the vineyard road enjoy a beautiful view of its Neckar valley and continue to Heidelberg, the jewel of the River Neckar with its old town, wooded hills and ruined castle. First, an enchanting city tour shows you the Church of the Holy Ghost, an example of late Gothic style, the old Marktplatz and its Renaissance Knight Mansion from 1592. See the University and drive up to the castle gardens and courtyard. Worth seeing are the towers, the Elizabeth Gate and the museum with its Great Wine Vat with a capacity of nearly 50.000 gallons. - A lunch break is following before we continue our today's journey to Baden-Baden, one of Europe's most elegant spa resorts. Enjoy a leisurely walk on the beautiful promenade Lichtentaler Allee, which has seen visitors like the King of Prussia, Napoleon III, Bismarck and Queen Victoria. -Ample time is left to visit its famous Kurgarten and international-known Casino actively or just as spectator. During the afternoon return to your hotel in Stuttgart. Meals: B.
DAY 03 Excursion: Ulm - Lindau on lake Constance
The morning route on the German autobahn leads east-ward to Ulm, situated on the Danube River and birth-place of physicist Albert Einstein. We stop at the mighty Gothic Cathedral of the 14th century with the tallest spire in the world. The inside will show graceful pulpits, splen-did choir-stalls of fine wood carvings and colorful coat of arms. - You will see the old town center and its City Hall with beautiful facade paintings, a masterpiece of Gothic and Renaissance architecture. - Then we leave Ulm again and are invited today for lunch at a private German home to enjoy a tasty and typical Swabian meal. With impressions of hospitality we continue on our route further south passing Friedrichshafen where the first Zeppelin took to the air, along the northern shore of Lake Constance to peninsula Lindau in Bavaria, right on this 3 country lake divided in the German, Swiss and Austrian part. See the picturesque Town Hall of the 15th century, half timbered burgher houses with stepped gables, see St. Peter's Church even from the 11th century and the old port with a lighthouse and a lion monument. - Time is at your leisure before we later return to Stuttgart. DAY 04 Excursion: Rhine River Falls & Stein/ Switzerland - Titisee/Black Forest
Your morning drive of today's excursion leads first to the Swiss city of Schaffhausen to view the river tumbles over the famous Rhine Falls, Europe's most important river rises in Switzerland and flows into the North Sea with a total length of about 800 miles. - Not far from here we visit Stein on the Rhine banks, one of Switzerland's oldest and most beautiful little towns with burgher houses from the 15th and 16th century. See its colorful painted facades depict scenes from the former life and town's history. -After a break we soon re-enter Germany and its fairy-tale Black Forest, attracted by its dark coniferous woodland, beautiful valleys, spas and health resorts and stop at the charming village of Titisee, situated on a picturesque lake of natural beauty. Right here you have the possibility to shop for famous home made cuckoo-clocks, stroll around or just relax at the bank of its lake watching rowboats and colorful sailing boats passing by. Following a leisurely break we then return to our hotel in Stuttgart. Meals: B.
DAY 05 Stuttgart - Last day of tour
After breakfast it`s time to leave this scenic tour and transfer to Stuttgart Airport for your return flight - or just extend your stay with us! Meals: B.
