DAY 01 London
A warm welcome awaits you upon arrival London Airport by your Tour Director. - Transfer to your hotel and join us this evening for a welcome reception. (2 overnights at Hotel Kensington Palace Thistle).
DAY 02 London
The morning sightseeing tour of London includes all highlights with stops, first at one of the oldest buildings the Tower of London, the Westminster Abbey of the 11th century and adjacent the Houses of Parliament with its clock tower Big Ben. You will see the Queen's Buckingham Palace and according to season Changing of the Guard. Among other sights the drive takes you around lovely Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens to Piccadilly Circus, where your morning tour ends for shopping or visit nearby Trafalgar Square with its naval hero statue of Nelson. - The afternoon is at leisure.

DAY 03 London – Channel Crossing – Brussels
You leave London this morning and cross the channel from Dover and its white cliffs to Calais in France and continue your drive into Belgium with an orientation drive of medieval town Bruges. Time on your own before your motor-coach takes to Belgium's capital Brussels in time for dinner at your hotel.

DAY 04 Brussels – Antwerp – Amsterdam
Before we leave Brussels this morning a sightseeing tour will show the Grande Place, one of Europe's most beautiful squares to see its Town Hall and a variety of Guild Houses. - Not far from here the historic bronze statue of Manneken- Pis, an ancient symbol of Belgian's ribaldry. - Then your route leads northwards to Antwerp, the harbor city of the famous painters Rubens and Van Dyck. An orientation drive shows the lively market place Grote, its Cathedral and the diamond district at Pelikaanstraat, to visit one of the diamond-polishing places. - Following a lunch break we continue with our drive to Amsterdam. Freshen-up at your hotel and join a city tour to see its burgher houses of typical Dutch architecture and see the house of Anne Frank in which she took refuge during World War II. You visit Dam Square and Koninklijk Palais, the former royal residence. - Later this evening ou take a cruise through Amsterdam's canals in one of the glass-topped boats.

DAY 05 Amsterdam – Cologne – Ruedesheim
Your drive this morning leads into Germany with a stop at Cologne, the capital of the Rhineland. An orientation tour will show to you the Rhine River quays and its landmark, Cologne's mighty Cathedral of Gothic style. See its magnificent shrine, the 10th century cross Gerokreuz and beautiful stained-glass windows. - Free time is left before we continue with our drive to Ruedesheim on the Rhine River. - Your dinner tonight will be taken at one of the wine restaurants on famous alley Drosselgasse.

DAY 06 Ruedesheim – Rhine River –Heidelberg
Amost scenic Rhine River cruise is waiting this morning as you pass castles, lovely medieval towns and the legendary Loreley Rock where mermaids are said to have lured sailors to their death. You disembark at St. Goarshausen and continue by motor-coach to Heidelberg amidst the beautiful Neckar Valley. The sightseeing includes the old University, founded in 1386, a Knight Mansion of the 16th century and the ruins of Castle Heidelberg. You will visit its Castle Museum with its Great Wine Vat.

DAY 07 Heidelberg – Romantic Road –Munich
We leave this morning Germany's heart of Romanticism and travel to Rothenburg on the Romantic Road. Situated on the picturesque River Tauber, Rothenburg still has preserved its medieval character. On a walking tour see its beautiful Town Hall and the medieval figures of the Herrentrinkstube. Visit St. James Church with an altarmasterpiece by famous woodcarver Riemenschneider. - Following a lunch break your drive continues further south to Dinkelsbuehl. See its old market place and visit St. George's Church and see the most  attractive halftimbered Deutsches Haus, both of the 15th century. - Ample time to stroll around before we continue our journey to Munich, Bavaria's capital and Germany's center of art and culture. - This evening you are invited for a special dinner at one of Munich's famous restaurants with localmusic and folklore entertainment.

DAY 08 Munich – Castle Neuschwanstein
The morning sightseeing tour starts with a visit of Munich's landmark the Gothic Church of our Lady, you see the remarkable City Hall with its mechanical Glockenspiel and the infamous Hofbraeuhaus. View the palace Residenz of the 14th century, the Olympic ground of 1972 and Nymphenburg Palace with its beautiful park. - Following a break we leave Munich on an excursion to Hohenschwangau to visit King Ludwig's Castle Neuschwanstein. The inside tour offers you unforgettable impressions of fine wood-carvings, colorful wall-paintings showing scenes of Richard Wagner's most popular operas. See the magnificent Singers Hall, an artificial grotto and other rooms of dream-like atmosphere. - On your way back to Munich stop at the world's most famous Church in the Meadows to see its wonderful interior, a masterpiece of a beautiful 18th century church!

DAY 09 Munich – Salzburg – Innsbruck
A beautiful morning drive leads along Bavaria's largest Lake Chiemsee into Austria and Salzburg, truly one of Europe's most loving cities, dominated by its stronghold Hohensalzburg of the 11th century. An orientation drive will first pass the Horse Trough monument. You will see the Festspielhaus for the annual Salzburg Festival and Mirabell Gardens with the remains of a luxurious 17th century mansion. - Following is a walking tour of the old city center to see Mozart's birthplace and the Domplatz with its Cathedral. - Time is yours for strolling before your drive takes you through the valleys of the Kitzbuehel Alps, passing massifs of the Watzmann and Karwendel mountains rising up to 8.000 feet. Arriving Tyrol's capital Innsbruck in time for an afternoon sightseeing. At first enjoy from themain street a spectacular view of the northern mountain chain and see its landmark Golden Dachl, a charming mansion with a gilded roof, built during the late 15th century for Emperor Maximilian I. Nearby you visit the Mausoleum of the Hofkirche, also built for Maximilian.

DAY 10 Innsbruck – Bolzano – Abano Terme
Following breakfast today's route leads south through breathtaking scenery over the mountain pass Brenner into Italy and to Bolzano with a stop. Enjoy its slopes covered with tropical plants and vineyards and visit the worth seeing Duomo and its campanile, built of pink sandstone during the early Christian era. - Then we continue our drive by way of Trento, surrounded by rocky peaks and arrive at Abano Terme for overnight, one of Italy's most famous thermal spa towns.

DAY 11 Venice
Within a short drive arriving at Venice, built on more than a hundred little islands, the city's beauty still reflects incomparable architecture of Byzantine domes, palaces of Venetian-Gothic style and silent canals with its traditional gondolas. - You start your sightseeing from Piazzale Roma with a boat transfer on picturesque Canal Grande, passing magnificent palazzos and footbridges like the most famous Ponte di Realto and arriving at Piazza San Marco. View here the watchtower Campanile and the Doges' Palace, a masterpiece of Venetian architecture and visit the great Basilica di San Marco, built during the 11th century. - Ample time will be yours for browsing or take a private gondola ride to the Bridge of Sights before we return to Abano Terme.

DAY 12 Abano Terme – Verona –Milan
Following breakfast we leave again this beautiful spa resort and stop at Verona, home and rest place of Romeo and Juliet. An orientation tour will show you delightful buildings of Roman and Venetian style and the Roman Opera Arena. - Your drive continues by way of picturesque Lago di Garda and on to Milan. - Freshen-up at your hotel following a sightseeing including the impressive Duomo, a 14th century masterpiece of Gothic architecture, the Castello Sforzesco, a huge brick mansion of Milan's former Dukes and the famous Teatro alla Scala. - Return to your hotel or just spend some time at leisure.

DAY 13 Lake Como – Lugano – Lago Maggiore
Your beautiful day excursion out of Milan starts this morning with a scenic drive to Lake Como to enjoy a memorable view of the city of Como. - Continue along this lovely Italian lake, surrounded by cypresses and olive groves before your motor-coach takes you into Switzerland and to Lugano. See inviting parks and promenades and visit St. Lawrence Cathedral with its Renaissance doorways. - Time for a lunch break before you leave for the Swiss resort Locarno on lake Lago Maggiore. You will visit the pilgrim church Madonna del Sasso on a hill overlooking this brilliant lake and adjacent the Swiss city of Ascona. - After this leisurely stop your route continues along Lago Maggiore and soon re-enter Italy, passing magnificent villas and gardens before we return to Milan for dinner.

DAY 14 Milan – San Remo – Cannes
Today's morning drive leads south to the Riviera di Ponente byway of Savona for a lunch break. - Then it's on to San Remo, known for Italy's most colorful flower markets. See its elegant seaside promenade, the old town center and enjoy a panorama of the city and its bay. - Short after arriving the French border and the lovely beaches of the Cote d' Azur and the Riviera's most attractive resort Cannes, famous for its annual Film Festival.

DAY 15 Nice & Monte Carlo
Another memorable excursion is waiting for you today as your motorcoach takes you first on a sightseeing of Cannes. See the Festival Hall and the city's port for luxurious boats and yachts. - Then we stop next at Antibes with a spectacular view of its mountain range and continue to Nice with its Promenade des Anglais. Visit here the great Cathedral and walk on Rue Saleya, lined with shops and restaurants for your lunch break. - An easy side trip leads you to themedieval town of Peillon to view its fortification before we arrive at Monaco's famed Monte Carlo. An orientation drive will show this glittering principality, including the Palais du Prince with its magnificent state rooms furnished with priceless antiques. See the valuable Art Gallery and visit the Cathedral with the tomb of Grace Kelly, inscribed „Gracia Patricia”. - Time is yours, before we return to Cannes in time for dinner.

DAY 16 Cannes –Marseille – Avignon
We leave Cannes and the fashionable Cote d' Azur this morning and travel inland with a stop at Aix-en-Provence, the lovely southern region of the Rhone Valley. See spacious avenues, aristocratic homes, splendid fountains land visit the Painting Atelier of Paul Cezanne. - Continue to Marseille with one of the largest harbor on the Mediterranean Sea. Explore its bustling seaport and see Chateau d' If where Dumas' legendary Count of Monte Cristo is supposed to have escaped. - Time is yours before we stop again at Arles, known for its bullfight competitions and view the ancient Roman Amphitheater. - Following this break the drive continues to our today's beautiful destination Avignon, still surrounded by ramparts of the Middle Ages.

DAY 17 Avignon – Toulouse – Tarbes / Lourdes
Before we continue our journey you will visit this morning Avignon's landmark Palais des Papes, a fortress-style palace of the 14th century popes. See its inside decoration and leave Avignon by way of the medieval city Nimes to Toulouse, one of France's main artistic centers to see its St. Sernin Basilica, a pilgrim church of Romanesque architecture. Take a leisure stroll in the old part of town before our drive leads to Tarbes, near Lourdes for dinner and overnight.

DAY 18 Lourdes – Biarritz – Bordeaux
You will enjoy an unforgettable visit this morning at Lourdes, the most religious town of international fame. Visit the Grotto of Miracles where in 1858 the Virgin Mary has appeared several times to Bernadette. See also the Miraculous Spring which also appeared during one of these visions. - Ample time on your own before our route leads further north to Biarritz on the Atlantic coast, a remarkable resort which has seen royal visitors like Napoleon and Queen Victoria of England. - Following a lunch break the drive continues to the wine-growing region of Bordeaux with a sightseeing of this most beautiful port city. See the main square with classical buildings, a great fountain and the Grand Theater, built during the 18th. - Transfer to your hotel for overnight.

DAY 19 Bordeaux –Orleans – Paris
Following breakfast your motorcoach takes you on the French highway north along the ancient battle fields of Poitiers where during the 8th century the Arab invasion was fought back by the Christians. Around noon we arrive the vineyards of the Loire Valley and the city of Tours for our lunch break. - Then it's on to Orleans to visit its main sight the Cathedral St-Croix, telling you the life story of the Maid of Orleans, Joan of Arc by beautiful stained-glass windows. - After this stop our tour leads to Paris in time for dinner and overnight.

DAY 20 Paris
Your morning sightseeing tour of Paris starts with its landmark the Eiffel Tower, going up by elevator to the 2nd level. Enjoy from here a splendid panorama of the city with all its grand boulevards, squares and parks before we continue with our tour, crossing over the Seine River to see the Arc de Triomphe, planned by Napoleon. From here you drive on famous Champs-Elysses and arrive at Place de la Concorde where Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette were guillotined. - Further east we stop at Notre Dame to visit this Cathedral, completed during the 14th century, - temporary home of Hollywood's Quasimodo. You tour the magnificent inside and see masterpieces of medieval art and its huge organ. - We continue with a next stop at Les Invalides to visit its Domeand where Napoleon is buried. - The rest of the day is at leisure. Perhaps you visit The Louvre to see collections of paintings with masterpieces by Leonardo da Vinci, like the famous Mona Lisa - or spend some time at Montmartre, the artistic quarter of Paris.

DAY 21 Paris – Last Day of Tour
During the morning your Grand Tour of 8 European countries comes to an end as you depart for Paris Airport. - Now you are really filled with impressions of splendid architecture and spectacular scenery! Your Tour Director bids farewell before you return to your country.
