 |  | Tourprices All rates are based on costs, tariffs, charges and taxes as of April 2003 in EURO and are subject to change without notice in case of rate changes by suppliers. All bookings are subject to availability. |  |  |  |  |  | Reservations and Payments Full payment is required 30 days prior to tour departure date for motor-coach travel, city stays and shore excursions; for river cruises 46 days prior to tour departure - unless otherwise agreed in the booking contract. Any booking without full payment at this time may be subject to a cancellation without notice. |  |  |  |  |  | Cancelation policy Please note: PANORAMICA is not charging any handling fee. Given notice of all cancellatio nmust be made in writing either through your Travel Agent or directly to PANORAMICA. The following charges will apply after booking confirmations unless otherwise agreed in the contract. MOTOR-COACHTRAVEL, CITY STAYS, SHORE EXCURSIONS: Number of days prior departure date: 29 to 15 days - 30% of total price. 14 to 1 day - 50% of total price. Day of departure/no show - 100% of total price. RIVER CRUISES, combined with MOTOR-COACHTRAVEL: Number of days prior departure date: 45 to 30 days - 50% of total price. For cancellation received less than 30 days before departure - 100%. These cancellation fees also apply to tour extensions, accommodations reserved prior or after the tour, plus cancellation fees that may be levied by your Travel Agent. Please check with your Travel or Insurance Agent to be sure you are adequately protected for any possibilities. |  |  |  |  |  | Travel documents A valid passport is required on all our European package programs. The passport must be valid for at least six months after your tour ends in Europe. PANORAMICA is not responsible for required visas. |  |  |  |  |  | Itineraries Deviations to be planned itineraries as shown in this brochuremay occur although every effortwill bemade to keep itineraries as they are presented. In such a case every effort will be made to ensure that locations visited and the excursions taken will be similar. There will be no refund for such itinerary change. PANORAMICA also reserves the right to substitute itineraries, hotels or vessels due to conditions beyond our control. |  |  |  |  |  | Not included Airfares to the tour departure point and from the tour ending point as well air taxes/ fees. The tour price of any PANORAMICA package does not cover costs and expenses, including the return to your home if a passenger leaves the tour at his own volition, or due to illness, or as consequences of official action by the government of any country listed. |  |  |  |  |  | Hotel & cruise accomodations Prices per person are based on two persons sharing a double or twin-bedded room in comfortable and personal selected hotels with private bath or shower throughout Europe. Per person river cruise prices are based on two persons sharing an outside cabin with toilet and shower and two berths. A limited number of single rooms and single cabins are available at an extra cost. |  |  |  |  |  | Tour director driver gratuities Customary gratuities to PANORAMICA's most experienced and English speaking Tour Directors (other languages on request) and to driver are not included. End of tour tips are subject to customers satisfactionwith services received. |  |  |  |  |  | Smoking policy On motor-coaches, smoking is not permitted. Each day en route various stops are available for taking photos and breaks, providing opportunities for smokers.Oncruise ships smoking is allowed only in designed areas. |  |  |  |  |  | Diets Every effort has been made with meals and menus to meet international taste. Please advise of any specific dietary consideration and every effort will be made by PANORAMICA. |  |  |  |  |  | Electricity Most hotels and cruise ships supply 220 volts. If youwish to take along a hair-dryer, an electric razor, etc., an electrical adapter is needed. |  |  |  |  |  | Responsibility This brochure represents the entire agreement between the tour member and the Operator PANORAMICA. PANORAMICA will be responsible to the tour members for supplying services and accommodations described in this brochure, except where such services can not be supplied because itinerary used is changed due to delays or other causes of any kind or nature beyond the control of PANORAMICA. In such cases, PANORAMICA will do its best to supply comparable services, accommodations and itineraries. Therewill be no refund in this connections. The responsibility of PANORAMICA, its representatives and agents is strictly limited. PANORAMICA acts only as an agent for the tour participants in all matters connected with each tour. Hotel rooms, cruise cabins, motor-coach hire out of PANORAMICA's base, tickets, receipts, coupons or vouchers issued are subject to the terms and conditions specified by independent Contractors. PANORAMICA is not responsible for any criminal conduct by third parties. PANORAMICA holds itself free of responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from any cause, including break down in equipment, strikes, fire, acts of government or authorities, wars whether declared or not, riots, theft, epidemics, medical or customs regulations, quarantines, delays, cancellations or changes in itineraries or schedules.No refunds can bemade for missed flights, absences from a tour, includingmeals, sightseeings or for any other missed services. |  |  |  |
